Classification Plan The Civil Service Departmentsubject to the approval of the County Personnel Officershall prepare and Civil service rules a list of titles and specifications for all positions in the classified service and allocate all positions to an appropriate title. Classified Service means all offices and positions in the civil service of Los Angeles County except those in the Unclassified Service as enumerated in Section 33 of the County Charter.
The President or President Pro Tem of the Civil Service Commission may order the removal of any person from a Civil Service Commission meeting who violates this policy.
